If you have been fasting for any period of time

You might want to reconsider your strategy for weight loss. It does sound like a simple idea. Just wanted to let you know. The saying goes, “Eat right, move more.” not “Eat less, move more.” Yes, it is correct in regard to getting less calories in but if you are depriving yourself of needed nutrients and protein even in the deficit eventually you will pay the piper. If you don’t eat enough protein your body begins to break muscle and tendon down.

My experience is I got addicted to the look. The cuts where starting to come in. All was well till I thought it be a good idea to do some heavy pull downs in the extreme calorie deficit. Brother even told me to not do it but was stubborn. A valuable lesson learned. If you do decide to do an aggressive fasting routine, lift light to stay in fat burning mode.
